During my time running my cookery business, I have had many conversations with people about food, cooking, nutrition and diets. I became interested in understanding the mind body connection between women in particular and food.
My research led me to hypnotherapy and after much investigation I decided to dedicate my time to studying it to a high level. What started as a journey into understanding peoples relationship with food, led me to a wider appreciation of behaviour and how it could be helped by hypnotherapy.
